HYPE IT UP!

 

Sometimes its just fun to play on set! Shoot a little out of the box and let some ideas flow. I recently shot Kate Brite and Dayna Angelone of HYPE an event staffing firm that is expanding nationwide. Their energy and enthusiasm made for a great shoot. We did in studio on white as well as something a little more real and personal with Polaroids outside with natural light and reflected light. They had this to say about the photos I did for them.

Salvation City

I needed a creative break. I chance to get out into the desert and meet new people, see new things, and open my mind to ideas. I set out to find the place that I saw in the movie "Into the Wild". The place called Slab City and Salvation Mountain. This interesting place is located about 3.5 hours east of San Diego, CA. Outside a place called Niland CA. Down a dirt road, you will find Salvation Mountain, and a stones throw from that is Slab City. Here is a pic from that Adventure.
